my phsical activity




















When I arrived at my country, I had to prepare so many things which are something about portfolio that made me terrible. I prepared for physical activity during the volunteer work. My trainer was one of my cousins. Though she is not an expert on training people, but she graduated from the special high school (it is about physical educational school). We went to her school and did exercises and we started our exercises from Monday and finished at Friday. We practiced 2 hours per day.
At the first day, she taught my brother and me how to stretch myself. She told us that it is the first step of all exercises and it is very important. If we do not stretch ourselves, we can get injuries during the exercises. After spending 5 minutes doing stretching, we began to run on the running machine. We run almost 40 minutes. After that, we did other exercises with different kinds of athletic apparatuses.
At the second day, we did almost same as first day. It was hard to run for approximately 40 minutes. After that, as you can see in the picture, my cousin told me how to use these sports goods. She told us that when you start to do some exercises, you must use your arms slowly. In exercise, safety is the most important. She was just looked like as a professional trainer. We spent 2 hours and it was much difficult to practice than the day before because the day before, we spent only 1 hours.
At the third day, everything was same as Monday’s and Tuesday’s. We spent 2 hours doing these exercises.
At the forth day, she took us to climb mountain together. The mountain is located in my hometown and it is very near from my house. So I have been this mountain for many times when I was a little child. At first, it was difficult because I had not climbed the mountains for a long time. Moreover, we climbed the mountains for almost 3 hours. So it made me harder. But after that, it was much easier to climb. It was a very good experience because as you know, it is very difficult to breathe clean oxygen in city nowadays.
At the fifth day, my cousin taught me everything which she taught us before. We spent 2 hours doing this exercises and it was much easier than the first day and the second day.
I think during this time, I have learned a lot. Now, I know how to exercise by myself. It was a very good experience in my life and it increased my knowledge about physical activities. I can also teach others that everybody can be healthier and healthier. If someone look through reports in my blog, someone will know that I really like soccer (soccer was mentioned in club activity). So it was very good to me because now I know how to run in good way. I can also do these exercises in China so that maybe I can get good score in Physical education class. It helped me a lot.





Other 10 hours






I am in China and that's why I could not do the same physical activity. So Martin and I decided to play badminton and sometimes play soccer. My mother was the coach and she checked our activity.
